Terms of Service

Last updated October 26, 2026

These terms govern your use of AeroElite. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

AeroElite is a private community for aviation students, certified flight instructors, and verified recruiters. Accounts require approval. You must provide truthful information about yourself, your school, your experience, and, for recruiters, your employer. Misrepresenting who you are may result in removal.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password private. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

3. Community rules

AeroElite works because members treat each other professionally. You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
  • Post content that is illegal, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Spam members, scrape the service, or resell access to the community.
  • Misrepresent flight hours, GPA, certifications, or employment; verified claims are reviewed in good faith, and misrepresentation can cost you the Verified badge and your account.

4. Recruiter conduct

Recruiter accounts are for legitimate hiring activity. Recruiters may browse and search the student directory and contact members about real opportunities. Using the platform to harvest data, run unrelated marketing, or contact members deceptively will end in account removal.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Premium features are sold through Base44 Payments. The price and billing period are shown at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time in one click from your profile page; cancelling is as easy as signing up. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and renewal stops. We do not provide refunds for the current period, except where required by law.

6. Educational content and the ATC simulator

Practice questions, flashcards, and other learning materials are study aids. Some are drafted with AI from public-domain FAA handbooks and may contain errors. Always confirm against official FAA publications and your flight instructor before relying on them.

The ATC practice simulator uses synthetic voices and a simplified environment. It is not real air traffic control, it is not affiliated with the FAA or any air traffic facility, and it must never be used for actual flight operations or real-world communication.

7. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it on AeroElite you grant us the limited license needed to host and display it inside the app. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to share.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put the community at risk. You may delete your account at any time from your profile, which removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

AeroElite is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on content in the app, including hiring decisions or study outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the updated date at the top will change. Continuing to use AeroElite after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the app's support channel.
